Expertise forged over more than three decades
Our adventure began in 1990 with the creation of GBO Human Resources by Gilles Boquien, whose initials form the name G-B-O. From its beginnings, the firm established itself as the bicultural benchmark for industrial companies, mainly German mid-caps and family-owned SMEs wishing to establish themselves in France. This mastery of the “human chemistry” between the two cultures became the foundation of our expertise.
In 2007, Eric de la Villegeorges took over the management as majority partner. Under his leadership, the business expanded towards the DACH region with consultants based in Germany. This expansion made it possible to support French companies in their growth across the Rhine. In 2012, the group reached a new milestone with the creation of EuroRekruter, a subsidiary dedicated to the recruitment of multilingual experts and young talents.
In 2023, Sylvie Montange took over the firm. Her arrival marked the beginning of a strategic reflection aimed at creating synergies and harmonizing our strengths and tools in a coherent and complementary manner. This period of consolidation was highly appreciated by our clients, as our firm had the honor of being elected twice among the Best Recruitment Firms in France by Les Echos, in 2025 and then in 2026. This foundational work has resulted in a single identity that marks the merging of our skills.
